Painter and printmaker Guhapriya Ranganathan and researcher Erez Lieberman Aiden engaged in conversation about their respective projects and recent collaboration, as well as the experience of working together at the Broad Institute and how they affected and influenced each other's work.
Guhapriya Ranganathan is a painter and printmaker who has collaborated with scientists across a range of disciplines. She is the 2006 recipient of the Julia Myerson Trustman Fellowship from Simmons College, Boston, MA and was the artist-in-residence at the Broad Institute from 2009 to 2011.
Erez Lieberman Aiden is a fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows and visiting faculty member at Google. He has co-authored scientific articles in a range of disciplines, some of which set the foundations of a new field, evolutionary graph theory.
